Your system is not accepting my password.

Generally, this occurs after you have enrolled but have not yet "confirmed" your account. After enrolling in a course, you must check your email account for an email with the following subject "Confirmation instructions" from support@pianoinaflash.com.

Simply locate the email from us, and click on the link provided. You will then be prompted to set up a password.

Then, to access your lessons, go to the following link:

https://learn.pianoinaflash.com/users/sign_in

Enter your email address and the password you just created.

If you don't remember what password you used, you can click on the "forgot your password?" link located below the login button.

You will be prompted to enter your email address. Then click on the "send me instructions" button.

You will need to check your email account for reset instructions from Piano in a Flash with the subject "Reset password instructions."

While logged in, you can tell which courses you have purchased. Select the course you want to go to by clicking on the play button to the right of the course. It will either say, “start course” or “continue” depending on whether you have worked in that course before.

The lessons are online and you use the books with the online lessons. Scott will instruct you as to what page you need from the books in the video lessons.
