How do I change my password? How do I skip ahead in a class? I am having video playback issues. I can't find the lead sheet to "Happy Birthday" in the resources tab. I can't hear the videos at all or they are not loud enough. I cannot remember how to access my video lessons. How do I do that? I'm getting an error message when trying to activate my account. I'm having difficulty navigating through the classes. The "continue" button isn't taking me to the next lesson or class. The error message, “Video can't be played with current setup” is displaying when I try to watch the video lesson. This error message displays: "The page you were looking for doesn't exist. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved" when I click on "continue" to move to the next lesson. Your system is not accepting my password.
